1.选择适合自己的听力教材。

KET学习听力教材是很好的题材，也可以选听适合或略高于自己水平的有趣的材料。建议听录音时，不看文字材料，一遍一遍的听，直到听懂为止。若有些地方实在听不懂，也应尽量听清各个音节，然后再翻开书看一看，有些影响理解的生词可查一下词典。这样的听力训练，可以有效提高自己的辩音和理解能力。

建议精听选用KET教学录音和有故事情节的短文或科普短文；泛听则可选用一些口语教材或一些有趣的小故事，听音时要随着录音材料的频率在脑中用英语重复，而且速度要练得能跟上录音速度，不能边听边翻译。一般只要难度相当，能听清大部分单词，是可以理解其大意的。

如何精听？

精听，就要一句一句听，听懂教材里的每一个词，直到能完整复述出来为止。在进行“精听”训练时要特别注意英语单词的弱读、连读、单音节单词；听之前千万别先看教材；不要用已经听懂的教材！

如何泛听？

看电影是泛听。听实时广播是泛听，看电视是泛听，尽可能接触更多正常的原始音频。只要不停顿就是泛听。泛听最关键的是要做到“每天泛听”“经常泛听”。

精听和泛听同时进行

精听记忆了所听资料的所有的单词和句子、发音、语调等。泛听关注的是语速、连读、略音等等只有连续说话才会有的东西，逐渐习惯正常的语速，习惯外国人的正常的交流。

What do you study at your school?  

I study many subjects at my school. Maths, English, Chinese, Music, PE, Art, and so on.     

Tell me about your day at school.  

I get to school at around 8 am. And then I start my day studying different things. At noon we have a one-hour lunch break when we eat our lunch in the school cafeteria. School finishes at 3.30 pm.    

  What do you like about your school? 

  I really like the playground in our school. It’s not the biggest playground I’ve seen, but it’s a lot of fun to play there. I often go and play there with my classmates. We have so much fun at that place.  

或者   I really enjoy all the breaks. When we have a ten-minute break between classes, I usually have a great time talking and playing with my friends.      

What’s your favorite subject? 

  My favorite subject is Maths. It’s difficult for most of my classmates, but not me! I can solve the most difficult Maths problem in our Maths book.  

或者   My favorite subject is English. I like it best because I think it’s really useful. If I know English, I can talk to more people in the future.    

  What subject do you like best?  

I like Art classes the best. We can draw, or paint, or build handicrafts. It’s a lot of fun, and I always have a great time in my Art classes.    

  How do you go to school? 

  I go to school in my dad’s car. In the morning he drives me to school before he drives to work. It usually takes around 15 minutes.     

How long does it take you to get to school? 

It usually takes me about 15 minutes to get to school because my dad drives me there. The journey is quite short because there is usually not much traffic at that time of day.
