She is getting things on her head, and she might be listening to some music, and he is trying to listen as well. They look happy, maybe they are listening some music they like. They are both holding something in their hands, but I don’t know what those things are. She is wearing brown sweater and a pair of jeans. And he is wearing sweater.It is not so warm, maybe it is wintertime.

　　总结：尽可能多地谈论这张照片——在哪里，发生了什么，东西都在哪儿，天气怎么样，是一天中的什么时候。照片中人的表情，动作，感受等等。你对照片的判断和猜想。Where/When/What/Who/How 从这几个角度来说。较后一句概括：This is a very nice picture
