  高考助力九大方法


  一、地毯式扫荡。先把该复习的基础知识全面过一遍。追求的是尽可能全面不要有遗漏,哪怕是阅读材料或者文字注释。要有蝗虫精神,所向披靡一处不留。


  二、融会贯通。找到知识之间的联系。把一章章一节节的知识之间的联系找到。追求的是从局部到全局,从全局中把握局部。要多思考,多尝试。


  三、知识的运用。做题,做各种各样的题。力求通过多种形式的解题去训练运用知识。掌握各种解题思路,通过解题锻炼分析问题解决问题的能力。


  四、捡“渣子”。即查漏补缺。通过复习的反复,一方面助力知识,助力记忆,一方面寻找差错,弥补遗漏。求得更全面更深入的把握知识提高能力。


  五、“翻饼烙饼”。复习犹如“烙饼”,需要翻几个个儿才能熟透,不翻几个个儿就要夹生。记忆也需要助力,不反复助力也难以记牢。因此,复习总得两三遍才能完成。


  六、基础,还是基础。复习时所做的事很多。有一大堆复习资料等着我们去做。千头万绪抓根本。什么是根本?就是基础。基础知识和基本技能技巧,是教学大纲也是诊断的主要要求。在“双基”的基础上,再去把握基本的解题思路。解题思路是建立在扎实的基础知识条件上的一种分析问题解决问题的着眼点和入手点。再难的题目也无非是基础东西的综合或变式。在有限的复习时间内我们要做出明智的选择,那就是要抓基础。要记住:基础,还是基础。


  七、学文科,要“死”去“活”来。历史学科,有很多需要背诵的东西,人物、事件、年代、一些历史史料的要点等等。有些材料,只能“死”记。要*多次反复助力记忆。历史课是一门机械死记量比较大的学科。但是在诊断时,却要把记往的材料灵活运用,这就不仅要记得牢,记得死,还要理解,理解得活。是谓“死”去“活”来,不单学历史,学地理,学政治,以至学理化生物,都需要“死”去“活”来。


  八、“试试就能行,争争就能赢”。这是电视连续剧《十七岁不哭》里的一句台词。诊断要有一个良好的心态,要有勇气。“试试争争”是一种积骰的参与心态,是敢于拼搏,敢于胜利的精神状态,是一种挑战的气势。无论是复习还是在考场上,都需要情绪饱满和精神张扬,而不是情绪不振和精神萎靡,需要兴奋而不是沉闷,需要勇敢而不是怯懦。“光想赢的没能赢,不想输的反倒赢了”。“想赢”是我们追求的“上限”,不想输是我们的“下限”。“想赢”是需要努因而比较紧张的被动的,“不想输”则是一种守势从而比较从容和主动。显然,后者心态较为放松。在放松的心态下,往往会发挥正常而取得好的效果。


  九、“一个具有健康心理素质的人应该做到两点:在萎靡不振的时候要振作起来,在承受压力过大时又能为自己开脱,使自己不失常”。人的主观能动性使人能够控制和把握自己,从而使自己的精神状态处于较往。因势应变是人的主观能动性的作用所在。相反相成是一切书物的辩证法。心理素质脆弱是主观能动性的放弃,健康的心理素质则使我们比较“皮实”——能够调整自己的情绪和心态去克服面临的困难。
