Last weekend was memorable when we had a meaningfuland interesting experience on traditional culture。
Early in the morning, a 90-year-old craftsman wasinvited to our class, bringing a large suitcase of tools and materials. We allwonder what were in it, clapping our hands, feeling rather curious。
Then, he sat down to show us the process of making adough figurine. It was very kind and patient of him to explain every step ofit. So careful were we that we quickly mastered the way of doing it, startingto make our own “artwork” using a piece of dough, while the craftsman walkedamong us to give us instructions。
Half an hour later, we all finished our own pieces,including a Monkey King, a rabbit, a spacecraft, a princess and so on. Thanksto the craftsman, a sense of excitement and achievement immediately filled inthe classroom。
