  Positive and Negative Aspects of Sports
  As a saying goes, every coin has two sides. Sports can benefit us as it can do harm to us. While we are enjoying the benefits sports bring us, we have to be aware of and try to avoid their hidden dangers.
 
  Sports benefit us in many ways. First (To begin with), sports can make us fit and strong physically. When taking part in sports, we get the chance to train almost all parts of our bodies. Second (Besides/Inaddition), sports can maintain our psychological well being. When we feel that we are in a low spirit, taking part in sports can help us forget our anxieties and worries. Finally, sports can teach us some lessons about life.
  Through participation, we can learn that on the playground we not only struggle for our own but also fight for our team. Sports teach us to be considerate, cooperative and optimistic.
 
  But sports can also bring us a lot of trouble. This is especially true when we cannot plan our activities properly. Too much exercise may make us exhausted. Too hard training may hurt us or even make us sick.
I am fond of sports very much. I feel that I not only gain a well balanced life through going in for sports, but also get more chances to make more friends, to move closer to nature. Sports add happiness to my
  everyday life when I participate in them in a proper way. However, we have to bear in mind that too much exercise will do us more harm than good and we have to choose proper ways of sporting and avoid hidden dangers.

  How to Reduce Stress
  Stress is an inevitable part in our normal life. Many kinds of things, such as natural disasters, war and death can cause too much stress in our life. But according to a psychologist, on a day-to-day basis, stress may result from the small things: taking an exam, waiting in line, and having too many things to do in a limited time.
  We all need stress to add flavor, challenge, and opportunity to life, but too much stress can seriously affect our physical and mental well-being, it reduces the body's immunity and harms the brain. If the stress lasts a long time, it may cause such physical illness as, insomnia, headaches, backaches, ulcers, high blood pressure, and even heart disease.
 
  When stress does occur, it's important to recognize and deal with it. There are some methods we can try. A large number of physical activities can reduce anxiety. Sharing our stress with others can be enormously helpful. Finding time for fun such as listening to music may be good medicine. Sometimes even crying is an efficient way to release stress. There are many other ways to release stress, but the most important and effective way to release stress is to smile more often. Just smile to life and life will smile to you and you will find stress gives way to your heartfelt smile.
