2. get + 形容词的比较级 and 比较级 ……变得越来越…… ·
The weather gets warmer and the days get longer. ·I am getting taller and taller.
3. get on with与某人相处
·I’m getting on well with my classmates.
·How are you getting on with your parents?
4. get ready for/get sth. ready 为……准备好/准备好
·Have you got ready for the exam?
·Please get everything ready.
5. buy sb. sth./ buy sth.for sb.给某人买某物
·Buy me a Chinese dictionary, please.
·Buy a Chinese dictionary for me, please.
6. had better do (not do) sth.较好做（不做）某事
·You’d better come here earlier tomorrow.
·You’d better not eat too much meat.
7. help sb with sth/help sb. (to) do sth. 帮助某人做某事
·She helped me with my homework.
·I often help my mom (to) cook dinner.
8. I don’t think + 从句 我认为……不……（否定前移）
·I don’t think he can come.
9. I would like (to do) …我想要/愿意（做）……
·-- Would you like a cup of tea? ·-- Yes, please!
·I’d like to go to the cinema with you.
10. stop to do sth., stop doing sth. stop to do sth. 意为“停下来去做另一件事”，stop doing sth.意为“停止正在做的事”例如： You’re too tired. You’d better stop to have a rest. 你们太累了，停下来休息一会儿。 The teacher is coming. Let’s stop talking. 老师来了，咱们别说话了。
11. Thank you for doing sth. 感激你做了…… for之后除了加动名词doing外，还可以加名词。例如： Thank you for giving me the present. 谢谢你给我的礼物。 Thank you for your help. =Thank you for helping me.谢谢你的帮助。
12. thanks to 多亏……,由于…… thanks后的s不能省略，to是介词。例如： Thanks to my friend Jim, I’ve worked out this problem. 多亏了我朋友吉姆的帮助，我已经解决了这个问题。
13.Enjoy/like/love/be fond of doing sth. 喜欢做某事
eg: She is fond of doing chemical experiments. 她喜欢做化学实验。
14.Keep/keep on/carry on/go on doing sth. 继续做某事
eg: We keep on going on and on cause this is where we both belong. 让我们一直拥有，并走下去，因为这是我们俩共同拥有的。
15. Feel like doing sth. 想要做某事
eg:I feel like giving up on the job. 我觉得我不能从工作中摆脱出来。
16. Practice doing sth. 训练做某事
eg:They practice doing so quickly and accurately. 他们学习快而准确的做。
17. Give up doing sth. 放弃做某事
eg:If my boss asks me to do such kind of thing any more, I'll give up working. 如果 我老板再要我做这样的事，我就辞职不干了。
18. Be good at/do well in doing sth. 擅长做某事
eg: For example,the Dutch do well in disposing of wastes.例如,荷兰擅长处理垃圾。
